Stephen E. Baucher is the Founder and Managing Partner of CGS Talent Partners, a professional search and consulting firm built on relationships, integrity, and results. With more than 15 years of experience helping organizations identify and develop high-performing teams, Stephen has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who understands both people and business. 

He founded CGS Talent Partners with a simple mission — to connect great companies with great talent through a personal, consultative approach. Stephen’s work is defined by transparency, follow-through, and a deep understanding that long-term partnerships are built on trust, not transactions. 

Prior to founding CGS, Stephen led business development initiatives for a professional services firm he helped grow from the ground up. That experience shaped his belief that recruiting is more than filling positions — it’s about aligning people, culture, and vision to drive sustainable growth. 

A Cleveland native, Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University and lives in University Heights with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he’s active in youth sports and local community initiatives.
